Description
In our Northern Victorian climate needs additional irrigation to establish from then on will pretty much survive without much attention. Just for the record, we consider a tree established when it attains a height of 2-3 metres. By then the root system has developed sufficiently to allow the tree to acquire moisture and nutrients without a lot of additional inputs from the gardener. This doesn’t mean any attention, as in times of severe heat or prolonged periods of no rainfall you will get better results from occasional good waterings.
